St. Lawrence Catholic Church Chapel addition is a 3,035 SF expansion with a basement. The project features a hybrid structural system of structural steel and glue-laminated wood with metal stud infill, slab-on-grade and composite concrete floors, and laminated wood roofing with TPO at flat areas and shingles at slopes. The exterior matches the existing church with brick masonry veneer and EIFS, creating a cohesive and inviting worship space. Kevin Price Construction is proud to deliver this addition, providing the parish with a functional, durable, and beautifully integrated chapel while completing the project on time and within budget.
