Location: Watkinsville, GA

Owner: Oconee County BOC, Justin Kirouac

Architect: W&A Engineering, Buck Bacon

Initially, Oconee County was negotiating with another construction firm. However, the project was over budget and that firm was not able to get the project within OC’s budget. Oconee County then contracted KPC. Through value engineering and an intense constructability review, KPC was able to offer insight to get the project within budget, while still fulfilling the county’s needs. Construction included three new multi-purpose athletic fields with dugouts, as well as a concession building complete with restrooms. The project involved a total of 16.92 acres of site work. KPC teamed with several local subcontractors on this project, including Maxey Brothers Grading and Laserturf who assisted with the site work and landscaping.

Build with excellence.
