September 2002, 36,000 SF, New Construction, 2 Story conventional steel with metal Roof trusses, office space, meeting rooms. This project was built in the center of an educational complex. The project presented challenges in not only a tight schedule but with staging materials in a confined space – change orders consisted of Unforeseen site/soil conditions and numerous owner generated changes.
