135,023 SF alterations and additions to a 37 year old building and included the main level, gym mezzanine and theatre mezzanine. New additions consisted of 14,093 SF Career Center and 1,102 SF Kitchen. The project Scope of work consisted of sitework, classroom addition, kitchen expansion utilizing concrete footings, structural steel frame, concrete slabs on grade, VCT, ceramic and quarry tile, drywall, ACT, storefront, casework and built up roofing. The entire existing complex received hardware upgrades. The electrical and HVAC were replaced which included removal of existing boilers and chillers.
