KPC is completed a two- phase demolition project in downtown Athens, GA. The scope includes the demolition of 6, 3-story apartment buildings to make room for new vertical construction. This project was conducted while residents remained in the 6 adjoining buildings. The site was bounded by 3 active streets. This project required the relocation of numerous underground utilities. A tremendous amount of coordination was required to achieve safety and efficiency.
