17,809 SF addition and renovation of the oldest gymnasium in Gwinnett County. The project consisted of selected demolition and reconstruction of the office area, stairs, restrooms and gymnasium. The roof was replaced with a new standing seam meal roof and a new entrance was constructed. All interior finishes were upgraded or replaced; all restrooms renovated and upgraded. New gym equipment and new wood flooring were installed.
