Renovation and addition project. This project consisted of a 10,000 SF lean-to, pre-engineered building for new office space as well as a 68,000 SF pre-engineered, free-standing structure for manufacturing. Additionally, this project required construction of a large site grading and drainage project along a stream buffer.
