KPC completed the removal and replacement of storm, sewer and water infrastructure for the entire Bethel Midtown Village community. Also included in this project is the complex retaining wall, walking trail, wetland park and pond. The project included the replacement and relocation of 3 Athens-Clarke County roadways. Extensive coordination with local municipalities and utility contractors was required during the entirety of the project.
