Jim Pritchett brings more than 42 years of construction industry experience to his role as Executive Vice President at Kevin Price Construction. Throughout his distinguished career, he has successfully managed and led projects across the Southeast, Virginia, Utah and Texas, building extensive expertise in commercial, retail, mission-critical, tenant improvement, light industrial, and highway construction.
Jim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University and Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Auburn University.
Having served in a variety of leadership roles, including Project Manager, Project Executive, and now Executive Vice President, Jim offers a comprehensive understanding of every phase of the construction process. His experience spans multiple project delivery methods, including design-build, allowing him to provide strategic guidance and practical solutions that help ensure project success.
Prior to joining Kevin Price Construction, Jim served as a Project Executive for a global general contractor in Atlanta, where he was responsible for overseeing large-scale projects and leading business unit operations. His leadership experience, combined with his commitment to client satisfaction, has made him a trusted partner on complex construction projects.
At KPC, Jim provides executive oversight for projects from preconstruction through closeout and the warranty period. He works closely with project teams to ensure excellence in quality, schedule management, and project controls while maintaining open communication with clients and stakeholders. A dedicated advocate for jobsite safety, Jim is committed to implementing comprehensive, site-specific safety plans that promote a culture of safety on every project.
