In June of 2016, Kevin Price Construction moved into a new building that they designed and built at 2500 Daniels Bridge Road in Athens, GA. KPC inhabits the offices on the second floor of the building and the first floor features commercial office space.
The new building is 18,010 sq ft and 40 feet high. All offices feature windows with views. The building is equipped with an advanced security system that requires keycard verification for entry.

Efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems through regular ac repair service ensures optimal energy utilization. Moreover, the use of environmentally-friendly materials in the construction process underscores KPC’s dedication to eco-friendly practices.
Safety and security were paramount in the design process. The advanced security system is both a protective measure and a reflection of the company’s attention to detail. The keycard verification system ensures that only authorized personnel can access specific parts of the building, creating a secure environment for both KPC employees and the businesses on the first floor.
In addition to the functional spaces, the building also boasts communal areas for employees and tenants to relax and interact. A well-equipped break room, a rooftop garden, and indoor lounges have been meticulously designed to foster a sense of community and encourage networking.
