Recently, we celebrated the dedication of the Athens Technical College – Elbert Campus Tom McCall Agriscience Complex.

The two, new, state of the art buildings were dedicated to Elberton’s own Tom McCall, Georgia Farm Bureau President and former Georgia State Representative.

The new arena was filled with State and local dignitaries, local citizens, and family and friends of the guest of honor. In attendance were speakers Georgia District 120 Rep. Houston Gaines (Athens), Georgia District 123 Rep. Rob Leverett, former Governor Nathan Deal, ATC President Andrea Daniel, the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) Commissioner Greg Dozier and Georgia Agricultural Commissioner Tyler Harper.

Kevin Price Construction completed the 28,000 square foot, new construction agricultural buildings.
The lab building provides multiple working lab classrooms, offices and conference rooms and the arena building provides an indoor area space with bleachers, a concession stand, outdoor animal holding space and several mechanical/construction classrooms for many students, 4-H and FFA participants.

Our team is honored to have been apart of the construction of these monumental projects that will educate and aid in the future of the agricultural industry.
